Whether upgrading for additional fuel delivery needs, to run upgraded fuel lines, or to simply clean up your engine bay, ACUiTY's K-Series High-Flow Fuel Rail is the most versatile and refined solution available. With it's 1/8 NPT port on top, -8 o-ring boss (ORB) ports on both ends and another -8 ORB port located at the middle of the rail, there are a variety of ways you can set the rail up for your car. Each rail is constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum and has a satin-texture, anodized finish with laser-etched technical info + logos in four optional colors.
Among the rails' other features are countersunk mounting screw holes and supplied class 10.9+ hardware to replace the OEM studs. Each rail is also supplied with a stainless steel 1/8 NPT plug in case a top-mounted fuel pressure gauge is used. The end locations for the -8 ORB ports have been specifically machined to help reduce the likelihood of wrench damage to the rail's cosmetic finish during installation. As an added bonus rarely found on aftermarket rails, the rail allows the end-user to retain the OEM injector clips if you wish, just for some added peace of mind.
Center Feed Kit: designed for anyone that's reconfigured their system to support a centerfeed non-oem fuel line setup using -6AN braided hose. The fuel line is not included with this kit. Centerfeed setups are possible on any port-injected K-Series engine where there is a gap between the runners for cylinders 2 and 3 through which the centerfeed hose can be run.
-6AN Return Setup Kit: designed for anyone that's reconfigured their fuel system to support a -6AN non-oem fuel supply and return line setup to the rail. This is a very common setup for k-swapped vehicles retaining the factory fuel filter and shock tower mounted fuel pressure regulator. Other vehicles that come standard with a K-series are sometimes reconfigured to a -6AN return setup when running higher horsepower applications, particularly for turbocharged vehicles.
-8AN High Horsepower Return Setup Kit: designed for anyone that's reconfigured their fuel system to support a -8AN non-oem supply and return line setup to the rail. This is a common setup for very-high horespower k-swapped vehicles. Other vehicles that come standard with a K-series engines are sometimes reconfigured to a -8AN return setup when running very high horsepower applications, particularly for turbocharged vehicles.
Optional kit configurations: (1) -6AN center feed and top mounted or no fuel gauge or (2) -6AN center feed and side mounted gauge or (3) -6AN return style or (4) -8AN high horsepower return style.
