In most cases we can get any Japanese or European brand/part for you. If you're looking for a brand you do not see listed on our site, you can always give us a call or send us an email and we can look further into it for you.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
Yes we do. International shipping rates are not always correct through the site, so for the most accuracy, feel free to contact us before hand. Keep in mind that international shipments sometimes require special payment methods as well so it is always best for international customers to contact us before hand.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES ART-OF-ATTACK ACCEPT?
Methods of payment accepted at Art of Attack depends on your location.
Domestic Orders (U.S.):
Art of Attack accepts major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All credit card purchases are verified using your billing address for your protection. If would like us to ship your order to an address other than your billing address, please call your credit card company to add additional shipping addresses to your account. Your credit card will be charged only after your order is shipped.
Art of Attack also accepts PayPal. If you are using PayPal as the method of payment, your PayPal account MUST be VERIFIED with a CONFIRMED address. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We have partnered with Affirm to give you a simple way to make your purchase with no hidden fees. Provide some basic information and get a real-time credit decision to split your purchase into monthly payments. Rates from 10% to 30% APR with loans of 3, 6, or 12 month terms.
Subject to credit check and approval. Down payment may be required. For purchases under $100, limited payment options are available. Affirm loans are made by Cross River Bank, a New Jersey State Chartered Commercial Bank, Member FDIC.
International Orders: (Outside of U.S.)
We accept wire transfer and PayPal. If paying by PayPal, your PayPal account must be VERIFIED with a CONFIRMED address. Only certain countries can meet these PayPal requirements. Please contact us for payment instructions.
We DO NOT accept credit cards as a method of payment if you are outside of the U.S. NO EXCEPTIONS.
HOW DOES ART-OF-ATTACK SHIP THEIR ITEMS?
We work with most major shipping companies like USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, OnTrac, and more. Depending on where your order is going, what size and weight the box is, and a couple other factors, we select the best option for your shipment to be on it's way to you. If you do not want us to use a specific postal carrier for your order, you can contact us and let us know but you are subject to any additional fees or postal charges that may occur.
Estimated delivery times are listed on each unique item but most items usually follow this structure:
- 1-3 business days (M-F) for order processing
- 1-7 days transit time for US Continental shipments
- 5-30 days transit time for International shipments
In the event that your item is going by freight shipping, we will send it with a variety of different carriers. We work with some of the biggest freight companies like R+L Carriers, XPO Logistics, Central Transport, and more. You will be notified on most all freight shipment with the carrier that is going to have your item(s) or we will reach out to you before hand to figure out the best way to get your goods on the way to you.
DOES THE FREE SHIPPING DISCOUNT APPLY WORLDWIDE?
Unfortunately not. We cannot offer free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or any other outlying U.S. Territories, or internationally. In SOME cases, we can offer free shipping for smaller items to these places but if you are unsure if your order to these locations will ship for free, it is always best to contact us first.
DO YOU OFFER PRICE MATCHING?
Art of Attack is willing to offer a price match with all major competitors. We do not match prices that are based on old MSRP or MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) prices. We also cannot price match eBay auction listings.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
After your order has been placed with Art of Attack, you will be emailed an order confirmation. This confirmation email will have a link to show you the tracking number and status of your package overall. You will also receive an email when your order has shipped to notify you of the tracking number.
We contact customers usually after every order has been placed just to give you the most accurate ETA. If in the case an item you ordered is backordered, you will receive an e-mail or call and we can proceed with the order and provide you an ETA or cancel it outright with no penalty.
Because your card is charged the moment you place the order, it is sometimes best to contact us before placing the order so we can verify stock and ETA. If you are looking to order an item that is backordered or will take some time, don't hesitate to check out our Deposit Program where we can help you get what you want on order without paying everything up front.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
Returns are accepted for 30 days after purchase. Items must be unused, in brand new condition and in unopened, original packaging. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% and you are responsible for return shipping. After 30 days we can not accept refunds or exchanges.
Additional non-returnable items:

- Downloadable software products
- Special Order items
Orders that are being placed on a deposit-basis are subject to the same penalties as a special order item. This means that there are no cancellations of items ordered using this method once the order has been processed. In the event that you do not pay the remainder of your balance after 90 days from the date Art of Attack receives the item(s), Art of Attack reserves the right to retain your deposit.
To complete your return, you must show a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Cancellations are subject to a 5% fee. Cancellation means you are canceling an order BEFORE it has shipped from our facility. Once the item has left our facility it is treated as a return. If we have already placed an order for a special order item it can not be cancelled.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and update you regarding the status of your refunds approval.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-14 business days.

CAN I PURCHASE AND PICKUP ITEMS AT YOUR STORE?
Yes, definitely. When making a purchase on our web store, please select the "WillCall/Pick Up" option to avoid any shipping charges. Our storefront is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm, except on certain holidays. We usually post on social media if we will be having a closure for a holiday or any other reason but it is best to call ahead to see if we will be open the day you intend to drop by.
DOES ART-OF-ATTACK OFFER SPONSORSHIPS?
